Thomas Dale Toombs (Tommy, Tom) 66 of Oak Hill WV who passed away Friday, December 20th, 2019 after suffering a long illness was a beloved son, brother, husband, father, stepfather, grandfather, step-grandfather and friend.

Born October 8th, 1953 in Raleigh County he was the son of the late Agnes and Ryland Toombs.

He will be lovingly remembered and missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by one brother; Charles K Toombs and one sister, Betty Ann Hiser.

He is survived by his wife; Rebecca May Toombs, one son Thomas Dale Toombs Jr., grandsons Thomas Lee and Markus Anthony Toombs all of Oak Hill, stepsons Kevin Wayne Fowler, Joseph Lee Fowler and wife Tina, step-grandchildren Chris Hanvey, Destiny and Steven Fowler all of Georgia.
