Tressa Ann White, age 67, of Coal City, West Virginia, passed away Friday, May 31, 2024 at Hilltop Center in Hilltop, West Virginia after fighting a long battle with cancer.
Tressa was born February 13, 1957 in Mullens, West Virginia, a daughter of Robert and Iris Lorene Jarrell Hansford. She married the love of her life, Ellis White on July,18 2009 in Ghent WV. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, loved making Tiktoks, and making food for everyone to enjoy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Randy Hansford of Ghent, WV. She is survived by four daughters, Crystal & Greg Meadows of Princewick, WV, Julie & Sam Godbey of Coal City, WV, April & Lewis Hughes of Josephine, WV, and Jessie Adkins of Sophia, WV. Multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren, two bonus sons Ronnie and David White of Coal City, WV. Her brothers Robert Hansford Jr. of Coal City, WV. Danny Hansford of East Gulf WV. Scott Hansford of Coal City, WV. Her sisters Sherry Bell of Coal City, WV and Tina Price of Coal City, WV
A Celebration of life will be held at 785 Independence Rd. Coal City WV 25823 on Wednesday June 5th at 1pm till 6pm for family and friends.
