Truman Ray McCune

Truman "Ray" McCune was born on December 21, 1944 in Campbell's Creek, West Virginia to his parents Henry and Virginia (Estep) McCune.  He passed away on July 5, 2021 in Beckley, West Virginia at the age of 76.

Ray is preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Leona (Jones) McCune; parents Henry and Virginia McCune; brother Gary McCune; sister Ruth (McCune) Stump; and his grandson Kenneth McCune II.  Those left to cherish his memories are his sons Kenneth "Kenny" (Debbie) McCune and Jimmy (Rose Stallone) McCune; daughter April (Ronnie Richardson) McCune; grandchildren Shandi (Jimmy Lee Pike) Settle and Courtney McCune; great-grandchildren Magenta McCune, Brooke Williams, Reba Settle, and Rayden McCune; brothers Charlie (Lou) McCune and Danny (Nancy) McCune; sister Julie Riley; and many extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.

Ray was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed going camping and spending time on the New River.
