Virginia Dale Wallace, 73 of Beckley WV, passed away on Wednesday May 22, 2024 at home surrounded by her family.
Born on June 6, 1950, she was the daughter of Opal Frady of Culloden WV and the late George Frady. She is survived by her husband, Marvin Wallace of Beckley WV, her three brothers, Harold Frady of Greenville TN, Raymond Frady of Rittman OH and David(Kimberly) Frady of Hurricane WV. In addition she is survived by her daughters Christy(Jeff) Collins of Fayetteville WV and Renee Wallace of Beckley WV. And her sons ,Douglas(Tara) Wallace of Beckley WV, Steven(Holly) Wallace of Greenville SC . Renee will always be remembered as mom's favorite. Renee dedicated her life to staying by mom's side thru the decades of mom's long term illnesses and always took the best care of her.
We all take comfort in the knowledge that she is walking and singing with the angels and has been reunited with her daddy. In addition to her children she's survived by four grandchildren, Aaron Dyal, Chanson Wallace, Daniel Dyal and Laken Wallace.
In accordance with her wishes, her body will be cremated and there will not be a service. Mom didn't want everyone to remember her in illness but would rather be remembered in the joy of spirit she shared with all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Hospice House of Southern West Virginia . The family would like to thank the staff of the Bowers Hospice House who provided such great care for mom and who she loved so much.
