William E. Weidensall

William E. Weidensall, (Bill) 73 of Bradley, passed away January 30, 2020 at Raleigh General Hospital.

Born June 1, 1946, he was the son of the late William V. and Cora Ethel Weidensall.  He was disabled from Norfolk & Southern Railroad with 20 years of service.

Other than his mother and father, he was preceded in death by sister Agnes Ann Weidensall, sister Mary Higgins and brother-in-law, Thomas Higgins.

 He is survived by his wife of almost 54 years, Margaret Moye Weidensall; a son, William Weidensall Jr., (Jessica) of Pittsburgh, PA; a daughter, Kimberly King (Jeffrey) of Charleston; 4 grandchildren, Ava and Lily Weidensall, Donovan and Amelia King; 1 brother, Larry Weidensall (Peggy) of Crab Orchard; 4 sisters, Elaine Williams (Jack) of Beckley, Linda Kluesner (Bernie) of Beckley, Barbara Weidensall of Prosperity, and Shirley Thompson of Edgewater, Florida.

Committal Services will be Monday, February 3rd, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with Rev. Randy Mann officiating.  The family will be receiving friends from 11:30 AM, to 12:30 PM at the Melton Mortuary. Those wishing to attend the committal services are asked to be at the Mortuary by 12:30 PM on Monday.
