Wilma Lee Harvey, age 76, of Arnett, West Virginia, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones.

Wilma was born October 01, 1948 in Flat Branch, West Virginia, a daughter of Luther and Delcie Dickens. She married the love of her life, Jackie "Joe Bill" Harvey . They spent many happy years together before his passing.

She was a homemaker, raising her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Wilma loved spending her time reading and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by them.

She is preceded in death by her Parents; husband, Joe Bill Harvey; son Ronald Dickens; daughter, Linda Scarbro; and sister Peggy Dickens.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Christopher (Jessica) Hibbard, Rebecca (Jason) Hibbard, William Harvey, and David Hibbard; sisters, Linda Honaker, Teresa Massey, Nevada "Chickie" Pientowski, Kathy Bennett; great-grandchildren, Toni, Cadan, Jaxson, Jeremiah, Nycole; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, March 31st, 2025 from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM at the Flat Branch Baptist Church in Arnett, West Virginia. The Funeral Service will follow the Visitation starting at 1:00 PM with Pastor Kevin Kuhn officiating. The Burial will follow at the Harvey Family Cemetery in Arnett. The family will serve as pallbearers.
