I wanted to thank Bruce and Melton Mortuary for all their loving and special care shown to us for the passing of my Mom Mary Akers. Bruce also took care of arrangements for my sister 17 years ago. He showed our family so much love and compassion during that difficult time, as well. Mom always told me she wanted Bruce to take care of her arrangements and thankful we could honor one of her last request.

Rosco was also warm and caring when I called for them to transfer her to Melton’s and give them the information.

The service was beautiful, every little detail taken care of for the family not to worry with and everything was perfectly organized and all the staff helpful in the office. Anything I needed done Bruce and Melton’s went above and beyond to help us. Van ( I think was her name ) even delivered the flowers to our home after the funeral.

My heart will forever be grateful to Bruce and staff at Melton’s for the care of Mom (she looked so beautiful) and care for us her family.

Melton Mortuary, especially Bruce Blankenship and Mary Webb, were outstanding in making my mother's, Ella Brewer, service special. They added so many special touches as a tribute to her. They, along with Beth, also have been there for me and my family after the service, assisting with business matters and questions we have had. Words cannot begin to express my gratitude to them.

Wanted to say we appreciate all your help and support with taking care of moms arrangements. Bruce was an encouragement and knew mom so well in just the few times he had met her.
